Project Requirements

This performance space for popular music is tucked into the street‐level corner of an existing building.

The owner, who also owns a group of local radio stations, wanted an intimate venue for exclusive concerts with major music stars for their radio contest winners.

Key owner requirements were excitement, intimacy, and flexibility.
